Ingredients
  • Vanilla Essence 2 Tablespoons
  • Milk 50 ml
  • Water 75 ml
  • Milk Powder 20 Grams
  • Yeast 5 Grams
  • Salt Pinch
  • Sugar 15 Grams
  • All Purpose Flour 225 Grams
  • Butter 15 Grams
  • Tutti Frutti 70 Grams
Instructions
  1. Take all purpose flour add into the kitchen machine and add sugar, salt, dry yeast, milk powder, mix it well then
  2. add water, milk, vanilla essence, mix this like a soft dough, rest it for 15 minutes. In this
  3. add butter, again knead it in the machine for 2 minutes and add tutti frutti mix slowly, rest it for 30 minutes, then punch it to remove the aeration and shape the dough put in to the baking tray and cover it, let it rest for 30 minutes, then sprinkle the water on top
  4. and bake them at 220 c for 15 minutes.
