Oats and semolina uttapam is always a hot favorite breakfast item for all South Indian's, try this Healthy Oats and semolina uttapam.
Ingredients
  • Oats 1 Cup
  • Sooji 1 Cup
  • Buttermilk 1 Cup
  • Salt 1 0
  • Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Ginger(chopped) ½ Teaspoons
  • Carrot(grated) 1 Cup
  • Beans 1 Cup
  • Green chillies 2 Numbers
  • Onion 1 Cup
  • Oil 2 Teaspoons
Instructions
  1. Take oats and make it into fine powder in a blender. 2. Take this oats powder and sooji in a bowl then add buttermilk, water, salt, cumin seeds, ginger and mix it like a dosa batter. 3. Put this batter on hot tawa and add carrot, beans, green chillies, onions as topping and add little oil on it. 4. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on slow flame for 2 minutes. 5. Now transfer this in a plate and serve hot with tomato chutney.
