Ingredients
  • Turmeric Pinch
  • Salt To Taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Teaspoons
  • Onions 2 Numbers
  • Methi ½ Bunch
  • Palak(palakoora) 1 Bunch
  • Mutton(boneless) 500 Grams
  • Oil 4 Tablespoons
  • Red Chilly Powder 11/2 Tablespoons
  • Water ½ Cup
Instructions
  1. Wash boneless mutton in hot water. Place the mutton in pressure cooker and cook it for 4-5 whistles. Check if the mutton is cooked if not keep it in the cooker and allow 2-3 whistles. Take Palak and clean it well.Now the bunch into small pieces. Similarly clean Methi and separate the leaves and keep them aside. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Now add chopped onions and fry them till they are translucent. Add boiled mutton and turmeric. On low heat add ginger garlic paste,salt and red chilly powder. Place a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add palak and methi and mix them well with the mutton. Add little amount of water. Place the lid of the cooker and let it be cooked for 3 whistles. Serve this hot with rice or chapati.
