Ingredients
  • Bell Pepper (red Colour) 2 Numbers
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Onions Chopped 1 Cup
  • Garlic Chopped 2 Tablespoons
  • Butter 1 Tablespoons
  • Ridge Gourd (luffa) 250 Grams
  • Saffron ½ Grams
  • Shrimp 250 Grams
  • Cream ½ Cup
  • Oregano ½ Teaspoons
  • Parsley ½ Teaspoons
Instructions
  1. Take a pan, put it on the flame and add saffron, let them heat up and add butter, chopped garlic, chopped onion, pepper powder, and add ridge gourd, salt and toss this and add bell pepper (red colour), add prawns toss it, put the lid on for 3 minutes, add oregano, add cream, parsley cook for few minutes. Switch off the flame. Serve it hot on pasta.
