Onion Potato Salli
Combination of onoins and potatoes with parsi style of cooking and the special method of caramelizing.
Ingredients
- Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
- • Salt - 0 to taste.
- • Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
- • Onions - 1 numbers.
- • Butter - 1 tablespoons.
- • Potatoes - 200 grams.
- • Crush pepper - ½ teaspoons.
- • Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoons.
- • Oil - 0 to fry.
Instructions
- Potatoes cut into juliennes and fry them in the hot oil till crispy and golden in colour. Sprinkle some salt, chilly powder mix it well.nbsp;
- Heat pan and add onions, add butter, sugar and salt, cook for some time and add crush pepper, turmeric, mix it well and add potatoes toss it and switch off the flame.
