Corn and tomato soup offer an awesome combination of flavourful oregano, pepper in the traditional corn and tomato soup.
Ingredients
  • Butter 1 Teaspoons
  • Garlic 1 Teaspoons
  • Onions ½ Numbers
  • Salt 1 0
  • Tomatoes 3 Numbers
  • Oregano 1 Pinch
  • Pepper powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Nutmeg powder 1 Pinch
  • Sweet corn ½ Cup
  • Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
  • Vegetable stock 250 ml
  • Cornstarch paste 1 Teaspoons
  • Sugar 1 Teaspoons
Instructions
  1. Take little butter in a hot pan then add garlic, onions, salt, tomatoes and cook for few minutes with a lid on it on a slow flame. 2. Now add oregano, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, sweet corn, vinegar, vegetable stock, cornstarch paste, sugar and let it boil for 2-3 min. 3. Now switch off the flame and serve hot in a soup bowl.
