Scallop and Chorizo Skewers

Ingredients
- 2 cups hot chorizo (paprika sausage) cut into ½ inch chunks
- 2 cups scallops
- 1 large green tomato (2 inch chunks)
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 heaping tbsp. smoked paprika
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Mix everything together and let sit 15 minutes. Thread onto skewers and bbq on high for 3 minutes a side.
