Walnut chutney is a quintessential relish from Kashmir. Walnut Chutney is ideal to have with snacks.
Ingredients
- Walnuts 1 Cup
- GREEN CHILLIES
- SHAHI JEERA
- CURDS / YOUGHURT
- LIME JUICE
- CHOPPED GARLIC
Instructions
- Soak walnuts in hot water for 1-2 hours. 2. Once they are soaked and become soft transfer them in a blendor. 3. Add green chillies, some shahi jeera, yogurt and salt also. 4. Blend them to make a paste. 5. In this add chopped garlic, remaining yogurt and some lime juice. 6. Enjoy this chutney with naan, roti and different snacks.
