– 300 ml of water

– 1 teaspoon of hot peppers

– 1 teaspoon of ginger

Blend all the above mentioned ingredients and your drink is ready. You should drink it in the evening before you go to bed.

Drink to activate your metabolism:

– 6 tablespoons of lemon juice

– 2 tomatoes

– 4 cloves of garlic

– 500 ml of water

– 6 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for short period of time. Drink is beverage in the morning before breakfast.

During these two days, instead of water you should drink sugar-free green tea in in large quantities. Also, make sure you consume only vegetables and grains in not so large amounts.
