Masala Grilled Sandwich Potato Masala
This recipe is for the Bombay Masala Toast Sandwich. Here the Masala is made from boiled and mashed potatoes , which are tempered with spices. Easy to make, especially if you have leftover boiled or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- Mint Chutney 2 Tablespoons
- Bread Slice 2 Numbers
- Onions Chopped 2 Numbers
- Chat Masala 1 Teaspoons
- Salt To Taste
- Red Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
- Coriander Chopped 2 Bunch
- Green Chilly Chopped 3 Numbers
- Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
- Potatoes 4 Numbers
- Paneer Grated 100 Grams
Instructions
- Take a bowl add grated potato (boiled), garam masala, chopped green chilly, chopped coriander, red chilly powder, salt, Chat masala, chopped onions, mix this.
- Take a bread slice spread the potato mixture; take another bread slice spread the mint chutney on this spread the grated paneer, now cover this potato bread with another slice of bread, to which both butter and chutney has been applied.
- Put this on a grill the sandwich till browned from both sides.
- It’s crisp from outside and spicy and soft from inside.
- Serve this hot with tomato ketchup.
