Ingredients
  • Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Curry Leaves 2 Springs
  • Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
  • Kalonji ½ Teaspoons
  • Garlic Crushed 4 Numbers
  • Fenugreek Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
  • Green Gram 100 Grams
  • Green Peas 100 Grams
  • Garbanzo 100 Grams
  • Tomato Chopped 3 Numbers
  • Jaggery 1 Tablespoons
  • Tamarind Juice ½ Cup
Instructions
  1. Garbanzo, green peas, and green gram (soak them over night and boil them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add fenugreek seeds, crushed garlic, kalonji, chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, turmeric then add garbanzo, green peas, green moong, sauté in this oil,
  3. add chilly powder, garam masala powder, chopped tomato, jaggery, and add tamarind juice, cook this till moisture is evaporate.
  4. Serve this with chapatti, naan.
