Ingredients
- Any Vegetable You Would Like For Topping ½ Cup
- Onion (Chopped) ½ Cup
- Capsicum (Chopped) 1 Cup
- Pizza Sauce ½ Cup
- Basmati Rice 1 Cup
- Black Gram 3 Cup
- Origamo Seasoning (optional) to taste
- Mozarella Cheese 1 Slice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak rice and black gram for 5-6 hours.
- Grind it with a mixer and add salt .Keep it for an hour.
- Heat a tawa and make dosaa of medium n thick size.Turn it once.
- Lower the flame and add pizza sauce and chopped vegetables.
- Add cheese on top.
- After the cheese melts garnish with origamo and serve hot.
