Crispy puris stuffed with green peas are superbly flavoured and simply divine. You will enjoy these puris with Aloo ki Subji. Puris have always been considered a treat for all occasions including the worship of family deities.
Ingredients
  • Wheat Flour 250 Grams
  • Green Chilly 3 Numbers
  • Salt To Taste
  • Coriander Chopped 1 Bunch
  • Green Peas 100 Grams
  • Semolina 2 Tablespoons
  • Oil For Deep Fry
  • Carom Seeds ½ Teaspoons
Instructions
  1. First take green peas, chopped coriander, salt, green chilly, carom seeds; all ingredients put it into the blender make a nice paste.
  2. Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, semolina, oil add the paste of green peas and add water make a stiff dough, divide the dough in to small poori size portion, coat the roundels with oil, take the roundel using rolling pin roll small poori and deep fry them.
  3. Serve this hot with favorite curry.
