Healthy Mushroom Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- Egg 3 Numbers
- Milk ¼ Cup
- Salt . To Taste
- Mushroom (Chopped) 1 Cup
- Onion (Chopped) ¼ Cup
- Spring Onions 2 Teaspoons
- Pepper Powder ¼ Teaspoons
Instructions
- In a bowl, add eggs and by adding milk whisk well.
- Add salt, mushroom, onion, spring onions, pepper powder, mix well and cook the mixture in oven for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes once mix the scrambled egg and put back in oven for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot with any toast.
