A popular variation of paneer pakora is to sandwich two pieces of paneer with green chutney before dipping them in the pakora batter.
Ingredients
  • Bread Slices 2 Numbers
  • Carom Seeds (ajwin) ½ Teaspoons
  • Soda ¼ Teaspoons
  • Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Chickpea Flour 250 Grams
  • Cottage Cheese 100 Grams
  • Red Chutney 50 Grams
  • Green Chutney 50 Grams
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add chickpea flour, salt, chilly powder, soda bicarbonate, Carom seeds (ajwain), water mix it like batter, add some oil, and mix it well.
  2. Take red chutney, and green chutney, to spread them into bread slices and put the cottage cheese on the top of the bread slice and sprinkle salt, chilly powder, then put the another bread slice on top of the cottage cheese, and dip it in to the chickpea batter, deep fry them, 3. And cut the sandwich in to quarters, sprinkle chat masala, and serve it.
