Ingredients
- Ginger - 3 oz
- Black Pepper Powder 2 Tablespoons
- Bitterguard Pieces ½ oz
- Dry Ginger Powder 1 Tablespoons
- Crystal Sugar(Kalkandam 50 Grams
- Honey - 2 Tablespoons
Instructions
- )Take 300 ml of water.
- )Put all the ingredients into it except honey.
- )Boil until the quantity reduced to half.
- )Filter and add honey to the filtrate and take in the early morning, preferably after exercise
