Tava Idli on Foodies Day Out
spicy recipe made by using leftover idlis, it is a great combination made with onions, tomatoes and masalas.
Ingredients
- Coriander Chopped 1 Bunch
- Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
- Gun Powder 2 Tablespoons
- Butter 2 Tablespoons
- Idly 4 Numbers
- Coconut Chutney ½ Cup
Instructions
- Heat tava and add butter when butter melts add gun powder, mix it and add chopped onions, chopped coriander, cook it for minute
- and add idly on top of this Cook it on both sides with masala switch off the flame and serve this with coconut chutney.
