Tuna & carrot cakes
Ingredients
- 85g (1/4 cup) cottage cheese
- 2 rice or corn thins
- 30g (1/3 cup) shredded iceberg lettuce
- 30g (1/4 cup) coarsely grated carrot
- 2 drained canned tuna slices
Instructions
- Spread cottage cheese over rice or corn thins. Top with lettuce, carrot and tuna slices. Serve immediately.
