Ingredients
  • 85g (1/4 cup) cottage cheese
  • 2 rice or corn thins
  • 30g (1/3 cup) shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 30g (1/4 cup) coarsely grated carrot
  • 2 drained canned tuna slices
Instructions
  1. Spread cottage cheese over rice or corn thins. Top with lettuce, carrot and tuna slices. Serve immediately.
