baked fish with flavors to suit Asian tatse buds Baked fish is made with a whole sea bass blended with fresh herbs and garlic and baked on a bed of fresh vegetables. Makes a healthy and nutritious dish bursting with nice flavors of the herbs, crushed garlic and lemon juice.
Ingredients
- Bell Pepper 1 Numbers
- Onion 1 Numbers
- Potato 1 Numbers
- Coriander Pdr 1 Teaspoons
- Chilli Pdr ½ Teaspoons
- Salt 1 To Taste
- Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Garlic 5 Clove
- Corinader Leaves ½ Bunch
- Dill Leaves ⅛ Bunch
- Bass Fish 1 Numbers
Instructions
- marinate the fish with crushed garlic,dill and coriander leaves marinade as shown
- baked in the oven first 20 min one side and 10 min on the other side or till it is done
- serve hot with curry sauce as shown
