An East Asian chicken recipe, Chicken Manchurian is best paired with hakka noodles or fried rice. The chicken Manchurian balls are simmered in a delectable Chinese sauces laden gravy and then served hot.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp white pepper powder
- 1 tbsp M.S.G
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
- 1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
- 4 tbsp tomato puree
- 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 3 tsp chilly powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup chicken stock
Instructions
- In chicken add lemon juice, soya sauce, ajinomoto salt ,white pepper and vinegar.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until water dries.
- Now add garlic and ginger paste.
- Saute it for 2 minutes.
- Now add tomato ketchup and a pinch of red food color and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add chicken stock and let it dry
- Serve it with rice.
