Ingredients
- 2 medium size pomfret fish
- 1 cup gramflour
- ½ cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder (you can increase according to ur taste)
- salt (according to ur taste)
- 1 tbsp vineger
- little coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp ajwain
- oil for frying the fishes
- 1 tbsp garam masala
Instructions
- Make a smooth batter of all ingreadeants except oil
- Marinate the fishes in this batter for 30-45 min
- Deep fry the fishes
- Serve hot with chutney
