This kind of chicken curry cooked by hotel staff they add their own favourate flavours
Ingredients
  • Mint Chopped 1 Bunch
  • Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Cumin Powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
  • Chicken Stock 1 Cup
  • Bell Pepper 2 Numbers
  • Potatoes 3 Numbers
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
  • Green Chilly 3 Numbers
  • Curry Leaves 2 Springs
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Tomatoes 4 Numbers
  • Salt To Taste
  • Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
  • Chicken 500 Grams
  • Coriander Chopped 1 Bunch
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, chicken, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, mix it well,
  2. add potatoes, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, chicken stock, chopped mint, bell pepper, tomatoes, cook this till chicken is tender.
  3. Add chopped coriander and switch off the flame.
