BEETROOT AND PANEER SALAD
Ingredients
- Pea nuts 1 Cup
- Kidney beans 1 Cup
- Beet root pieces 1 Cup
- Bell pepper 1 Numbers
- Paneer 50 Grams
- spring onions 1 Numbers
- Salt 0
- Lemon juice 1 Teaspoons
- Chat masala ½ Teaspoons
- Pepper powder ¼ Teaspoons
- Honey 1 Teaspoons
- Dill leaves (chopped) ¼ Bunch ¼ Teaspoons
Instructions
- In a bowl add soaked and boiled Pea nuts, kidney beans and boiled beet root pieces, chopped bell pepper, Paneer pieces, chopped spring onions, sprinkle some salt and add lemon juice, Chat masala, crushed pepper powder, 1 tsp of honey, chopped dill leaves and lettuce, then mix well.
- Serve immediately.
