Fruit and Vegetable Raita ( Low Calorie Recipe)
Ingredients
- ¾ cup fresh curds (dahi)
- ¾ cup chopped apples
- 1 cucumber , chopped
- ⅓ cup chopped raw cabbage
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 chopped green chillies
- 2 tbsp cut grapes
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Beat the curds.
- Mixl the remaining ingredients.
- Put in the refrigerator to cool.
- Serve cold.
