potato and pomegranate salad
A healthy salad made with boiled potato and pomegrate (anardana) and mildly spiced, Healthy Indian Potato Salad with Pomegranate and Mint. A delicious, spiced potato salad.
Ingredients
- Seasmeseeds 1 Teaspoons
- Honey 1 Tablespoons
- Spring Onions 1 Tablespoons
- Salt as needed
- Green Chillis 1 Numbers
- Tomatos 1 Tablespoons
- Cucumber 1 Tablespoons
- Pomegranate Seeds 1 Tablespoons
- Potato 1 Numbers
- Lemon Juice as needed
- Puffed Rice 1 Tablespoons
- Sev as needed
Instructions
- Take a boil add boiled potatos cut into small cubes, add pomegranate seeds, cucumber, tomatos, salt spring onion, honey, seasme seeds, lemon juice, puffed rice, mix well.
- Serve in a serving plate top it of with sev.
