Baby Corn Fritters ( Kebabs and Tikkis Recipes)

Batter-fried baby corn strips served chilli garlic sauce. An all-time chinese favourite!
Ingredients
- To Be Mixed Into A Thick Batter
- ½ cup plain flour
- 1 tsp cornflour
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- soda bi-carb
- salt to taste
- Other Ingredients
- 1 cup baby corn, cut into halves vertically
- 1 tsp salt
- oil for deep-frying
Instructions
- Combine the baby corn and salt and mix well. Keep aside for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain out the excess water.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai on a medium flame, dip the baby corn into the prepared batter and deep-fry till they are golden brown in colour from all sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
