It is a very popular crispy starter, which is also served in the breakfast and snacks time with tea or coffee.
Ingredients
  • Eggplant(big) 1 Numbers
  • Onions 1 Numbers
  • Carom seeds(Ajwain) ½ Teaspoons
  • Turmeric ½ Teaspoons
  • Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
  • Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Salt 1 0
  • Corn flour 1 Cup
  • Soda 1 Pinch
  • Oil 1 0
Instructions
  1. Cut eggplant into small pieces and add onions, Carom seeds(ajwain), turmeric, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, salt, corn flour, soda, water and mix it to make thick and loose batter. 2. Now drop into small dumplings in hot oil and deep fry them till they become golden color. 3. Take them out on tissue paper.
