Its An innovative crispy rolls ,paneer egg rolls are made from oats, crumbled paneer, and spice. A fried snack item paneer egg rolls are sure to appeal to all, when served hot with mint and coriander chutney or ketchup.
Ingredients
- Water as needed
- Cornflour ½ Cup
- Egg 1 Numbers
- Maida 1 Cup
- Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- Red Chilli Powder as per taste
- Salt as per taste
- Oats 1 Cup
- Paneer 1 Cup
- Oil to fry
Instructions
- Take a bowl add egg, maida,cornflour,salt,water make into a thin batter keep a side. Now another bowl add paneer, oats, salt, spring onions chopped, chilli pwd mix well keep a side Now take a non stick pan add little oil and wipe of with tissue papper and pour the egg batter into a thin sheets and just remove immediatly from the pan and put on a cornflour dusted surface so that it does not stick to the surface repeat the same.
- Now take one sheet stuff the paneer mixture and roll like spring rolls, repeat the same and deep fry the roll in oil till golden colour.
