Ingredients
- Green Chilly 3 Numbers
- Salt To Taste
- Garlic 4 Clove
- Turmeric 1 Pinch
- Curry Leaves 2 Springs
- Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
- Cumin Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
- Mustard Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
- Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Moong Dal 75 Grams
- Bottle Gourd 250 Grams
- Tomato Chopped 1 Numbers
- Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
Instructions
- First boil the moong Dal in pressure cooker, keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,
- when mustard seeds is splutter, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves, turmeric, chopped garlic, salt, sauté it,
- add chopped green chilly, chopped bottle gourd, chopped tomatoes,
- mix it and put the lid on and cook it till soft,
- add chilly powder, salt, moong Dal, mix it and put the lid on and cook it for few minutes.
