This tomato cucumber curry is neative from rajastan as well as gujarat .its an easy dish where cucumber cooked little crunch and infused in tomato based curry.
Ingredients
  • URRY LEAVES 5 Numbers
  • CUMIN SEEDS ½ Teaspoons
  • MUSTARD SEEDS ½ Teaspoons
  • RED CHILLY 3 Numbers
  • CUCUMBER (pieces) 1 Cup
  • CHOPPED TAMATO 1 Cup
  • SALT To Taste
  • RED CHILLY POWDER 1 Tablespoons
  • OIL 2 Tablespoons
  • CORIANDER POWDER ½ Teaspoons
  • GARAM MASALA ½ Teaspoons
Instructions
  1. Take a pan add some oil, when oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, add coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric, and add tomato and saute them, add water and cook for 2 minutes add cucumber pieces, put the lid and reduce the flame and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. This curry is served with naan or chapatti or rice.
