Mix Vegetable poriyal is mix of all vegetables cooked and tossed with freshly grated coconut. It is also known as porial/dry curry/koora/sabji and goes well accompanied with rice as a side dish and also with any type of chapathis/parathas/rotis.
Ingredients
  • Chopped Coriander 1 Springs
  • Carrots 200 Grams
  • Beans 200 Grams
  • Curry Leaves 1 Springs
  • Fresh Grated Coconut
  • Green Chillies 1 Teaspoons
  • Hing 1 Pinch
  • Urad Dal 1 Teaspoons
  • Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Salt 1 To Taste
  • Red Chilli 3 Piece
  • Onions 2 Numbers
  • Mustard Seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Cashew Nuts 2 Tablespoons
  • Cumin 1 Teaspoons
  • Oil 1 Tablespoons
  • Channadal Split Bengal Gram 1 Tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Wash carrots and beans properly. and boil till hald done (optional you can) cook directly just cut them small.
  2. heat oil add mustard ,red chilli,cumin channadal cashew urad dal • add hing • Add turmeric powder, onion chopped chiliies curry leaves and salt. • add vegetables saute till theyare cooked.
  3. add grated coconut .
  4. Saute it well. serve hot
  5. with rice or pulkha .
