Paneer or Indian cottage cheese cooked along with green peas and fenugreek leaves (methi) in an amazing creamy mildly spiced gravy
Ingredients
- Coconut Powder 2 Tablespoons
- Cashew Nuts 5 Numbers
- White Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
- Salt To Taste
- Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
- Onion Paste 2 Tablespoons
- Ginger Garlic Water 2 Tablespoons
- Green Chilly 3 Numbers
- Paneer 250 Grams
- Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Green Peas 100 Grams
- Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
- Methi 2 Bunch
- Cream 1 Tablespoons
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add green chilly chopped, ginger garlic water, onion paste (onions boiled and make a paste) turmeric, salt,
- cook this for 4 minutes in a slow flame, add white pepper powder, paste of cashew nuts and coconut paste,
- water mix it and let it cook for 10 minutes,
- add green peas, paneer, cook this few minutes, add methi, garam masala powder,
- add cream mix it well and switch off the flame. Serve this with roti, naan, and phulkas.
