Paneer Pepper Butter Masala
Paneer Pepper Butter Masala is a popular north Indian dish – Paneer added to a spicy, colourful and flavourful pepper spiced makhani gravy.
Ingredients
- Paneer 250 Grams
- Curry Powder 1 Teaspoons
- Butter 1 Tablespoons
- Tomatoes 3 Numbers
- Red Bell Pepper 1 Numbers
- Red Chilly 2 Numbers
- Ginger Garlic 1 Teaspoons
- Onion (medium Size) 1 Numbers
- Oil 1 Tablespoons
- Cream 2 Tablespoons
- Kasoori Methi ½ Teaspoons
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, chopped ginger & garlic, red chilly, add red bell pepper, tomatoes, kasoori methi, salt, put the lid on and cook this in a slow flame till tomatoes and bell peppers are tender, let it cool down put this into a blender make a paste. Heat butter in a pan add curry powder, cook this for 4 minutes, add tomato, bell pepper, paste, mix it and once come to boil add paneer, cream, mix this and cook it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
