Ingredients:
1.Rice flour
2.Salt
3.Red chilli powder
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Onions
6.Tomatoes
7.Tamarind
8.Mustard seeds
9.Cumin seeds
10.Coriander seeds
11.Whole garam masala
12.Turmeric powder
13.Curry leaves
14.Coriander leaves
15.Red chillies
16.Oil
Preparation:
1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies,onions and saute for a minute.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and saute,add tomatoes and saute till tender.
3.Add turmeric,salt,red chilli powder and mix well,now add tamarind juice and mix well,add some water as required and bring it to boil.
4.Meanwhile add dry roasted garam masala powder,curry leaves and stir well.
5.Dissolve rice flour in water and mix well,pour the mixture to boiling pan and mix well,without any lumps.
6.Boil for another 2 minutes till done,transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
