Ingredients
- 2 finely chopped Onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cup soyabean granules
- ½ cup soyabean chunks
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic and green chilly paste
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- corinder leaves for garnishing
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Boil the soyabean granules and chunks in water till a layer of white foam type is formed over it.
- Now drain the hot water in seiver and wash soyabean granules and chunks in cold water (like we do in case of noodles)
- Grind tomatoes into fine puree
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions and fry till it becomes light brown. Add salt , turmeric, red chilly powder,coriander powder to it
- Now add Soyabean granules and chunks to it.
- Fry till soyabean start sticking to the base of cooker. Add ½ cup of water
- Now pressure cook for 2-3 whistles
- When the cooker opens add first ginger garlic chilly paste then tomato paste and garam masala powder. Cook till all water is dried
- Add 1 glass of water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles
- When tthe cooker opens Veg keema is ready
- While serving garnish with coriander leaves
